Terms & Conditions:
- The mode of payment of orders booked on website will be Cash On Delivery, for online deposit contact us via email or Whatsapp after the completion of check out process till cash on delivery & send your order number.
- Parcel delivery time frame is 4 to 7 working days. If there could be unexpected delays the customer shall be informed regarding it.
- With regards to any problem faced in delivery or products contact us on whatsapp or email at sale@homesop.com within 24h time after delivery.
- If in case the order is cancelled due to any unusual conditions the customer shall be updated regarding it first.
- Orders of bedsheets, comforter sets & cushion covers can not be canceled once order is confirmed.
- If a parcal is received damaged a picture of the product should be sent on whatsapp within 24h time once received so a replacement or a refund shall be processed.
